Seeking an experienced Project Manager - Digital Operations to drive end-to-end digital and ERP projects, collaborate with business and technology teams, and enhance digital platforms and user adoption.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end digital and ERP projects from requirements gathering through implementation.
- Coordinate with business, academic, operations, technology teams, and external partners.
- Lead application testing, UAT, and implementation activities.
- Drive stakeholder training, user adoption, and digital content management.
- Resolve platform-related queries and drive continuous improvements in performance and user experience.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in digital/project management.
- Strong exposure to ERP, LMS/CMS, web/mobile applications, and SDLC.
- Hands-on experience in UAT, application testing, and project implementation.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, EdTech, or a related field; Education/EdTech experience preferred.
