Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Alignment: Align individual projects with the company’s broader mission and financial goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary bridge between customer, leadership, department heads, and project teams.
- Resource Orchestration: Manage budgets, headcount, and cross-functional dependencies to prevent bottlenecks.
- Risk & Issue Mitigation: Identify systemic risks that could impact multiple projects and develop high-level contingency plans.
- Governance & Standards: Establish the methodologies, metrics (KPIs), and "rules of engagement" for all projects within the program.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 5 years of Program management experience

Certification

PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Skilled).
