Role :- Product Manager

We’re looking for a Product Manager who understands how digital products are built — someone who can work closely with designers and developers, translate ideas into clear requirements, and help move products from concept to execution.

The ideal candidate understands the basics of the product development cycle and is comfortable with sprint planning, ticket creation, development workflows, and collaborating with technical teams.

? What You’ll Do

- Understand product requirements and translate them into actionable tasks
- Manage and track projects using Azure DevOps, overseeing sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional ticket creation.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into structured project plans, breaking larger requirements into explicit tasks and subtasks, defining timelines and milestones, and coordinating with designers and developers to establish realistic schedules and deliverables
- Work closely with designers, frontend developers, and backend developers throughout the product lifecycle
- Break down features into clear user stories and requirements
- Collaborate with design teams to understand user flows and product experiences
- Work with developers to understand technical feasibility, dependencies, and implementation challenges




- Track progress, identify blockers, and ensure smooth execution
- Support product testing, feedback cycles, and iterations
- Maintain product documentation and project workflows

? What We’re Looking For

- 4+ years of experience in product management or a similar role
- Basic understanding of the product development lifecycle
- Experience working with design and engineering teams
- Understanding of frontend, backend, and technical dependencies
- Familiarity with sprint planning, task creation, and agile workflows
- Ability to convert ideas into clear requirements and actionable tasks
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams

- Hands-on familiarity with Azure DevOps for sprint planning, task tracking, and engineering workflows.

✨ Bonus Points If You Have

- Experience working on SaaS, web applications, or mobile products
- Understanding of UI/UX design processes
- Experience working closely with developers during product implementation
