About The Role

We are looking for a Product Manager – PMS/AIF to own and drive the product lifecycle for investment products across Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs).

The role involves working closely with investment teams, business stakeholders, technology, operations and other cross-functional teams to build and enhance investment products and deliver a seamless investor experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the product roadmap and lifecycle for PMS and AIF products.
- Understand investor needs, market trends and competitive offerings to identify product opportunities.
- Work closely with investment and research teams to translate investment strategies into scalable product offerings.
- Define product requirements, features, workflows and user journeys.
- Collaborate with technology, design, operations,



compliance and business teams for product development and launches.
- Analyse product performance, investor behaviour and business metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct market and competitor research across the wealth management and investment ecosystem.
- Ensure product features and processes are aligned with applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Drive product launches, enhancements and continuous optimisation.
- Prepare product documentation, business requirements and product communication material.
- Track industry developments across PMS, AIF, wealth management and investment technology.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong understanding of PMS, AIF products, investment strategies, and market offerings.
- Valuable understanding of investment product lifecycle, onboarding, execution, and operational workflows.
- Ability to understand investor requirements and translate them into product features and solutions.
- Good awareness of wealth management, capital markets, and evolving investment products.

Preferred Background

- 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, PMS/AIF Products, Wealth Management, WealthTech, Capital Markets, or Investment Platforms.
- Experience working with PMS/AIF products or investment/wealth management platforms will be preferred.
- MBA or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business, or a related field
