Role Description The Product Manager role at Target Innovations is a full-time, on-site position based in the South Goa district.

The Product

Manager will oversee the lifecycle of packaging and inspection systems, from concept and requirements gathering through design, development, and market launch. Daily responsibilities include defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and service teams, and ensuring products meet customer and regulatory requirements. The role involves analyzing market trends and competitor offerings, collecting customer feedback, and translating insights into product improvements and new solutions.

Manager will also prepare product documentation, support sales enablement, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous optimization of the product portfolio.

Qualifications

- Strong product management capabilities, including roadmap planning, requirements definition, and lifecycle management for industrial or packaging-related products.
- Experience in market and customer research, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision-making to guide product strategy.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, quality, and sales teams to deliver reliable, compliant solutions.
- Familiarity with packaging machinery, product inspection systems, or related manufacturing and automation environments is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value.
- Robust organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field; advanced qualifications in product management or industrial engineering are an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in South Goa district, with a hands-on approach to understanding equipment, processes, and customer use cases.
