One of our early-stage companies is revolutionizing the way people make music online, and they are now looking for a looking for a Product Designer to lead the evolution of their user experience and establish a world-class design standard across the platform.

Responsibilities

- Design and ship ambitious, end-to-end experiences that musicians actually love.
- Work cross-functionally with our founders, engineers, designers, brand designers and the growth team
- Continuously shift between prototyping wild ideas and nailing current experiences
- Level up the craft and finesse to elevate the experience of anyone who wants to make music
- Solve high-impact UX/UI challenges by simplifying intricate workflows
- Define and scale the design system to ensure visual consistency and engineering efficiency
- Influence the product roadmap by identifying untapped opportunities through data and design thinking

Qualifications





- 5 to 8 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio of shipped consumer or B2C products
- Experience turning complex workflows into intuitive, user-centric and elegant experiences with a high bar for craft
- Proven track record of leading 1→100 design initiatives, ideally in early-stage environments
- Mastery of contemporary design tools, including advanced prototyping and design system management
- Someone comfortable working across web, desktop, and iOS
- Someone who shares a love for music is absolutely critical - if you produce/DJ/write - even better
