We are hiring a Design Systems Designer for one of our clients, a leading organisation in the telecom industry based in Gurgaon. Join Central Design Systems team to build, govern, and scale design systems for internal and external stakeholders. This role focuses on creating AI-ready design systems that enable teams to launch, test, and iterate ideas faster while maintaining consistency, scalability, and quality.

What You'll do :

Design Systems, AI & Governance

- Design and maintain design tokens, components, patterns, and libraries in Figma with AI readiness in mind.
- Develop processes and workflows optimised for AI-powered design tools to improve design productivity.
- Conduct design system audits, manage extensions, and track adoption to reduce design debt.
- Maintain comprehensive design documentation and capture design decisions across multiple design pods.
- Contribute to the evolution and governance of scalable design systems and standards.

Collaboration & Delivery

- Manage time, priorities, and projects effectively across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Support onboarding through design system immersion sessions, workshops, and enablement initiatives.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, product teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on design system usage and standards.
- Work closely with internal platform teams to identify opportunities for improving design workflows and system adoption.

What we are looking for:

- 3–5 years of overall design experience,



with at least 1–2 years of hands-on experience working with design systems.
- Strong proficiency in building and maintaining design libraries and scalable design systems using Figma.
- Experience working with AI-powered design tools and workflows.
- Good understanding of accessibility standards, responsive design, and multi-modal design principles.
- Strong understanding of design tokens, components, patterns, documentation, and design system governance.
- Strong time and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on consistency, scalability, and usability.

What success looks like:

- Build highly configurable, scalable, and well-documented design system assets that are reviewed and validated across multiple teams.
- Actively contribute to and own AI-enabled design workflows and collaborate with internal platform teams.
- Enable faster and more effective onboarding through comprehensive design system support, documentation, and workshops.
- Proactively identify and launch current patterns and interactions aligned with evolving user behaviours and product needs.
- Drive adoption, consistency, and continuous improvement of the design system across teams.
