Role Description

Your job is to find manual, repetitive work across our properties and back office and automate it or move it into our systems, then make sure teams actually use them.

About 40%: automation and reporting. Build small automations and dashboards using Google Sheets and Apps Script, no-code tools (n8n, Zapier) and AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini).

About 35%: business systems administration. Administer our operations platform: users, access, master data and configuration. Test new features and vendor releases before they go live.

About 25%: user support and training. Be the first point of contact for property and back-office teams. Resolve issues, raise and track tickets with our developer and vendor, and train teams on new processes.

What you'll do





- Map current processes with operations teams and identify what can be automated or digitised.
- Turn business needs into explicit requirements, test cases and simple user guides.
- Keep data accurate and complete, and run clean-ups and bulk uploads.
- Publish weekly operational dashboards and track adoption of new systems.
- Measure the impact of every improvement, such as hours saved or errors reduced.

What we're looking for

- A graduate in BCA, B.Sc (CS/IT), B.Tech, B.Com with strong digital skills, or an MBA in Operations/Systems. ~2 years of experience.
- Excellent spreadsheet skills: lookups, pivots, data cleaning.
- Structured, detail-oriented and curious. You enjoy fixing processes, not just following them.
- Clear communication in English. Hindi, Kannada is a plus.
- You already use AI tools and are keen to automate your own work.

Good to have

- Basic SQL, Python or JavaScript.
- An internship + work experience in SaaS support, ERP operations, business analysis.
- A portfolio of automations or dashboards you've built.

This is not a software-testing (QA automation) role, and no RPA certification is required.
