About the Role

Thanas Tech Pvt Ltd is hiring Process Associates for Voice & Non-Voice Customer Support.

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
- Resolve customer queries and provide support
- Follow process and quality guidelines
- Meet performance targets

Requirements:

- Good English communication is mandatory
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to work night shifts
- BPO/Call Center experience preferred
- Freshers with valuable English can apply
- Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam & Tamil are an advantage
