Quality Thought is seeking a skilled Playwright Trainer to join our Learning and Training department in Hyderabad. This part-time, hybrid position offers an excellent opportunity to share your automation expertise while helping professionals and aspiring testers master modern end-to-end testing with Playwright. As a key member of our training team, you will deliver engaging sessions that blend practical, hands-on learning with real-world project scenarios.

In this role, you will design and conduct Playwright training programs that cover test automation fundamentals, framework design, and cross-browser testing strategies. You will work closely with learners at various skill levels, guiding them through practical exercises and helping them build confidence in writing reliable, maintainable automation scripts. Your expertise will directly shape the next generation of quality engineers and strengthen our reputation as a trusted provider of technology education.

Responsibilities

- Design and deliver comprehensive Playwright training programs for learners at varying experience levels
- Conduct interactive classroom and online sessions covering automation fundamentals and advanced concepts
- Develop training materials, exercises, and real-world project scenarios
- Guide learners through hands-on Playwright scripting and test automation practice




- Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support skill development
- Stay updated with the latest Playwright features, tools, and industry best practices
- Collaborate with the Learning and Training team to refine curriculum and improve training outcomes
- Assist learners in troubleshooting automation challenges during practical sessions
- Maintain training documentation and track learner performance records
- Support the development of assessments and certification criteria for Playwright courses
- Adapt teaching approaches to accommodate diverse learning styles and professional backgrounds
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of training offerings

Requirements

- Proven hands-on experience with Playwright test automation framework
- Robust knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript for automation scripting
- Prior experience in training, teaching, or mentoring roles
- Solid understanding of end-to-end testing principles and test automation strategies
- Experience with cross-browser testing and test execution workflows
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage part-time training schedules effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with other testing frameworks and CI/CD integration tools is a plus
- Prior experience in the education or corporate training industry is an added advantage
