Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Placement Officer to manage student placements, coordinate interviews, connect with companies, and build strong relationships with HR professionals and hiring partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with companies for placement opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with HRs, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Coordinate interviews,



recruitment drives, and placement activities.
- Source relevant job openings for students.
- Follow up on interview feedback, offer letters, and joining updates.
- Maintain placement records and employer databases.
- Coordinate with trainers and academic teams to ensure students are interview-ready.
- Track placement targets and prepare regular reports.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in Placement,Recruitment,Talent Acquisition,Corporate Relations, or HR.
- EdTech or Training Institute experience is preferred.

Preferred ExperienceExperience in placing candidates in roles related to Digital Marketing, Full Stack Development, Data Science, UI/UX, Python, Business Analytics, or AI & Machine Learning is preferred. KPIs
