Role Description The Pharmaceutical Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for leading sales initiatives for hearing-related pharmaceutical and allied products. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and partners.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong Pharmaceutical Sales and general Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in relevant markets.
- Experience in healthcare or audiology-related products is highly beneficial, along with familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and make data-informed decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree or MBA is an advantage.
