About the Role

You'll work alongside our performance marketing team on live client accounts, helping plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google. This is a practical, learn-by-doing internship where you'll see how real budgets, real creatives, and real numbers come together.

What You'll Do

- Assist in setting up and managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
- Support Google Search and Shopping campaigns, including keyword research and ad copy
- Monitor daily performance and flag trends in ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CPC
- Help prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for clients
- Research competitors and analyze ads using the Meta Ad Library
- Coordinate with the creative team on ad concepts, copy, and testing ideas
- Assist with audience research and A/B test tracking

What We're Looking For

- Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Familiarity with core metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, and ROAS
- Robust analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers in Excel or Google Sheets
- Good written communication skills
- Eagerness to learn, take feedback,



and work in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have

- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Basic knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Any Meta Blueprint or Google Ads certification
- Prior personal projects, freelance work, or coursework in digital marketing

Internship Details

- Duration: 6 months
- Mode: Remote
- Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM
- Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
- Start Date: Immediate joiners preferred
