Are you experienced in US-market digital marketing and confident in handling US clients?

We’re looking for a Performance Digital Marketing Specialist who can independently manage campaigns and drive qualified B2B leads from the US market.

? WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Handle US-based clients and understand their marketing requirements
- Run and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads for the US market
- Manage LinkedIn Marketing / LinkedIn Ads for B2B lead generation
- Target US industries, companies, job titles & decision-makers
- Monitor CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions & ROAS
- Manage campaigns end-to-end and continuously optimize performance
- Participate in client calls and provide campaign updates

✅ MUST HAVE

✔️ 3–10 years of Digital Marketing experience





✔️ US client handling experience – Mandatory

✔️ Hands-on Google Ads experience in the US market

✔️ Hands-on Meta Ads experience in the US market

✔️ Solid LinkedIn Marketing / LinkedIn Ads experience

✔️ B2B lead generation experience

✔️ Strong English communication & client-handling skills

✔️ Comfortable working US night-shift hours

⭐ GOOD TO HAVE

- B2B agency / SaaS experience
- HubSpot or CRM experience
- SEO & Content Marketing knowledge
- Email Marketing experience
