Role summary

Executes Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for both home-décor brands under the direction of the Performance Marketing Manager — managing daily spend within approved budgets, building audiences, launching creative tests, and maintaining tracking. Should be comfortable working with performance data (CAC, ROAS, spend) and keen to grow into a more strategic media-buying role.

Key responsibilities

- Execute day-to-day Meta Ads campaigns across both brands per the strategy and budgets set by the Performance Marketing Manager.
- Monitor daily spend and pacing, and flag deviations from target CAC and MER.
- Build and maintain campaign structures (prospecting, retargeting, Advantage+), audiences and exclusions as directed.
- Support the creative testing process — launch tests, track results, and surface findings to the strategist/manager.
- Maintain pixel / Conversions API (CAPI) tracking and flag any attribution or tracking issues.
- Prepare weekly reports on spend, ROAS, MER, current-customer revenue %, CAC and top creatives.
- Coordinate with creative,



email/SMS and CRO functions on requests from the manager.
- Assist with Google/Amazon ads setup and reporting as these channels are scaled. Must-have skills & experience
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience running paid social campaigns, ideally for a D2C / e-commerce brand.
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager — campaign structure, Advantage+, audience building.
- Basic grasp of e-commerce metrics: CAC, MER, ROAS, AOV.
- Comfortable pulling and organizing performance data in Excel/Sheets.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven, with the eagerness to learn under a senior media buyer.

Nice to have

- Exposure to fashion, home décor or lifestyle D2C brands.
- Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Shopify analytics.
- Any prior exposure to Google Ads, Amazon Ads or influencer/affiliate campaigns.

Tools: Meta Ads Manager, Shopify analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google/Looker Sheets, Triple Whale / similar (a plus).
