? About the Role: Performance Marketing

Key Responsibilities

- Media Planning: Plan campaign structure, audience targeting and funnel strategy across Meta and Google.
- Media Execution: Set up, launch and manage campaigns on Meta and Google, including creative testing.
- Research & Competitor Analysis:



Use platform tools and competitor research to understand the market and find new opportunities.
- Reporting: Prepare performance reports and track key metrics and overall campaign performance.
- Problem Solving: Use AI tools to analyse data, improve workflows, and solve campaign-related issues.
- Ownership: Take ownership of campaign performance and day-to-day media management.

Required Skills:

- Strong marketing fundamentals and understanding of consumer behaviour, funnels, and marketing objectives.
- Good understanding of media planning, execution, research, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good understanding of AI tools and their use in marketing.
- Understanding of how branding and performance marketing work together.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
