We're looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist who has a proven track record of scaling e-commerce brands through Google Ads and Meta Ads. If you're passionate about data-driven marketing and delivering measurable business growth, we'd love to hear from you.

SALARY SALB - 5-12 LPA.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and scale Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display & YouTube).
- Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for customer acquisition and remarketing.
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR and conversion rates.
- Build and manage high-performing remarketing strategies.
- Work with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Merchant Center and Meta Events Manager.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages and ad copy.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-converting ad creatives.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong expertise in:
- Google Search
- Google Shopping
- Performance Max
- Meta Ads
- Remarketing
- GA4
- Google Tag Manager
- Google Merchant Center
- Experience managing monthly ad budgets of ₹5 Lakhs+.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.

- International Advertising (US, UK & Europe)
