Summary We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Analyst to support the implementation, configuration, integration, reporting and post-implementation support of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. The role requires strong expertise across HCM modules, US Payroll, integrations, data conversion, reporting and techno-functional troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

- Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR/HCM, Time & Labor, Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits and Compensation.
- Support Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementation activities including system design, configuration, testing, migration and go-live.
- Manage HCM-related imports, exports, OIC integrations and data conversion activities covering HR, worker, payroll, billing and AR data.
- Develop and support HCM reports using OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP) and eText templates, along with troubleshooting and system issue resolution.
- Collaborate with functional, technical, security and business stakeholders on integrations, application/data roles, documentation, testing, go-live and post-implementation support.

Requirements





- 7 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM, including hands-on experience implementing new Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM instances for a US-based organization.
- 3 years of experience working with US-based Payroll and strong functional knowledge of Core HR/HCM, Time & Labor, Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits and Compensation.
- Strong technical knowledge of HCM interfaces, error, processing and validation tables required for importing HCM-related data.
- Hands-on experience with OIC, OTBI, BIP, eText templates, data conversion and Redwood/page customizations.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology or a related field is preferred; relevant Oracle certifications are an added advantage, along with strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
