About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant to design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise-wide Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong techno-functional expertise across Oracle EBS modules, extensive experience in integrations and data migration, and the ability to deliver scalable solutions that support critical business operations.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications and solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs, configurations, reports, extensions, and customizations.
- Work closely with Order Management and other Oracle EBS modules to support end-to-end business processes.
- Develop complex SQL and PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and database objects.
- Create interfaces,



conversions, reports, workflows, and custom Oracle EBS components.
- Design and support integrations between Oracle EBS and external enterprise applications.
- Develop deployment scripts and manage code migration activities across Development, Test, UAT, and Production environments.
- Lead data migration initiatives including data extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Monitor application health, performance, and system reliability and implement optimization solutions.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and deployment validation activities.
- Collaborate with functional teams to ensure business requirements are successfully delivered.
- Participate in application upgrades, patches, enhancements, and system modernization initiatives.
- Create and maintain architecture diagrams, technical design documents, deployment procedures, and support documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and recommend best practices for Oracle EBS environments.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Work with vendors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 9-15 years of experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite applications.
- Strong techno-functional experience in Oracle EBS development and support environments.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Order Management and related Oracle EBS modules.
- Strong expertise in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development.
- Experience developing interfaces, conversions, reports, workflows, APIs, and custom extensions.
- Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture, application framework, and technology stack.
- Experience designing and supporting enterprise integrations between Oracle EBS and third-party systems.
- Extensive experience in data migration, data conversion, and deployment activities.




- Robust knowledge of Oracle application security, user management, and access controls.
- Experience with performance tuning and query optimization.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and provide scalable techno-functional solutions.
- Experience in troubleshooting complex technical and functional issues.
- Knowledge of Oracle Forms, Reports, XML Publisher, Workflow, and Oracle APIs is preferred.
- Understanding of Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and integration technologies is an advantage.
- Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with business users, technical teams, vendors, and external partners.
- Experience mentoring and guiding junior team members.
