Perennial Foods is looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to manage and coordinate our day-to-day commercial and operational activities.

The person will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between purchases, production, dispatch, logistics, billing, inventory, and accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor daily dispatches and logistics, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Handle purchase planning and procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and other operational requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, negotiate rates, and ensure timely availability of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels, inward/outward movements, and stock reconciliation.
- Oversee billing, invoicing, sales orders, purchase orders, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with the Accounts, Sales, Production, and Warehouse teams.
- Track outstanding operational issues and ensure timely closure.




- Maintain MIS and provide regular reports to management.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements for better efficiency and cost control.

Candidate Profile

- 4–8 years of relevant experience in operations, supply chain, procurement, FMCG, food manufacturing, or a similar industry.
- Solid coordination and communication skills.
- Good understanding of purchases, inventory, dispatch, logistics, and billing processes.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/accounting software.
- Ability to independently manage multiple activities and follow up with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
