? Reporting To: Operations Manager

​We are looking for an Operations Executive – Customer Point Verification (CPV) to join our Bengaluru team and manage day-to-day back-office CPV operations.

​This is a 100% office-based role. The selected candidate will coordinate with Field Executives, monitor verification cases, conduct quality checks, manage MIS, and ensure timely submission of reports to clients.

​

Key Responsibilities

​• Receive and log daily verification cases from clients.

- Allocate Residence, Office, Factory and Stock Verification cases to Field Executives based on geography and pin-code clusters.
- Monitor field visits and ensure cases are completed within the defined 24–48 hour TAT.
- Coordinate re-visits and resolve field-level issues such as locked premises, incorrect addresses and non-cooperation.
- Conduct quality checks on field verification reports, photographs, geo-tags, timestamps, signatures and reference details.
- Identify incomplete, inconsistent or suspicious reports and send them back for correction.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports using Excel / Google Sheets.
- Upload final reports on client portals and share daily status updates with clients.
- Escalate high-risk, fraudulent or adverse cases to management and relevant client teams.
- Support onboarding and briefing of new Field Executives.
- Track field-agent attendance, availability and daily allocation.




- Handle operational escalations and coordinate with field teams effectively.

What We’re Looking For

​Technical Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Basic understanding of mobile applications and portal-based data entry
- Familiarity with Bengaluru geography and pin-code mapping is an advantage

​Key Competencies
- Strong attention to detail
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills
- Ability to work under tight TATs and deadlines
- Good verbal and written communication
- Qualified email etiquette

Languages

​English and Kannada – Essential

Hindi – Added Advantage

​

Key Performance Indicators

​• Minimum 90% case completion within agreed TAT

- High accuracy and quality of submitted reports
- Efficient allocation and utilization of Field Executives
- Timely submission of daily MIS and client reports

​

Working Conditions

​Salary: Discussed during the interview
