Role Description This is a full-time, in office Operation Executive role based in Thrissur.

The Operation

Executive oversees day-to-day branch operations, ensuring service delivery meets company standards and customer expectations.

Responsibilities include coordinating service schedules, monitoring field teams, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and compliance guidelines. The role involves maintaining accurate operational records, preparing basic reports,



and supporting resource allocation to meet service requirements efficiently.

The Operation

Executive collaborates closely with internal teams and customers to resolve operational issues, improve processes, and support continuous service improvements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to coordinate daily activities and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to track performance metrics, interpret data, and support operational decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to work with internal teams, field staff, and customers.
- Relevant experience in service operations, facilities management, or field workforce coordination is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Thrissur, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to dynamic operational requirements.
- Basic proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, email, reporting software) is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Science or related field is advantageous, along with a strong customer service mindset.
