– KYC & OSB Process Manager

Job Responsibilities

- Manage the complete KYC and OSB process and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Lead and manage the KYC, OSB, backend and field teams.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor the performance and productivity of team members.
- Manage and coordinate with field executives/field verification staff to ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Monitor KYC verification, documentation, customer onboarding, and field verification activities.
- Handle the OSB process, including daily operations, case allocation, tracking, follow-ups, and timely closure.
- Ensure all cases are completed within defined TAT/SLA.
- Monitor pending cases, discrepancies, rejections, and escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure accuracy and compliance with internal processes.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Use MS Excel extensively for data management, MIS reporting, tracking, and team-performance analysis.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and other internal teams.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide training, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, field visits, targets, and overall performance of the team.
- Handle escalations from customers, field staff, team members, and internal stakeholders.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
- Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance for KYC and OSB processes.




- Take ownership of the overall process and ensure smooth coordination between office teams and field teams.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in KYC / KYC Operations.
- Hands-on experience in OSB / backend operations.
- Robust team-management and field-team-management experience.
- Good knowledge of verification, documentation, onboarding, and backend processes.
- Strong MS Excel skills, including:
- VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables
- Filters & Sorting
- Conditional Formatting
- MIS preparation
- Data analysis and reporting
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good leadership and people-management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and escalation-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and processes simultaneously.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2 - 4years of relevant experience in KYC, OSB, backend operations, banking, fintech, NBFC, payments, or financial services.
- Previous experience as a Team Leader / Assistant Manager / Manager / Operations Manager will be preferred.
- Candidate must have experience managing both internal teams and field executives.
- Should be capable of independently managing KYC and OSB operations from allocation to closure.
- Should be comfortable with Excel-based MIS, reporting, productivity tracking, TAT monitoring, and team performance analysis.
- Should have strong ownership and the ability to manage day-to-day operational escalations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
