Job Title: Officer - Corporate Tele-Relationship (Pharma Medical Feedback)

Job Purpose

We are seeking a professional and articulate Corporate Tele-Relationship Executive to join our corporate pharmaceutical team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to contact healthcare professionals (doctors and physicians) to gather high-quality, structured feedback on our pharmaceutical products and the promotional/gift items previously delivered by our field sales representatives. You will serve as a vital communication bridge between our corporate office, the medical community, and our field teams to help improve product perception and doctor engagement.

Key Responsibilities

· Doctor Outreach & Engagement: Initiate professional outbound calls to doctors and medical practitioners across targeted regions on behalf of the corporate office.

· Product Feedback Collection: Conduct structured surveys and interviews with doctors to gather honest feedback regarding the efficacy, availability, and clinical experience of our pharmaceutical products.

· Promotional & Gift Acknowledgement: Verify the delivery and collect specific feedback regarding promotional materials, medical samples, and corporate gift items handed over by the field sales staff.

· Relationship Management: Maintain a warm, respectful, and highly professional rapport with medical professionals, ensuring a positive representation of the company’s corporate brand.

· Data Logging & Reporting: Accurately document all feedback, responses, and grievances into the CRM database, maintaining strict data integrity.

· Cross-functional Collaboration: Report feedback trends,



field anomalies (e.g., non-delivery of items), and critical doctor insights to the corporate marketing and field management teams for corrective action.

Work Timing & Compensation

· Office Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

· Work Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)

· Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (CTC) per month (depending on experience and skills)

Required Qualifications and Skills

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Life Sciences, BSc, Communications, or a related field.

· Experience: Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in tele-calling, customer relationship management (CRM), or inside sales—preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical device industries.

· Language Skills: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Knowledge of an additional regional language is a strong plus.

· Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a neutral accent and a polite, persuasive telephone manner.

· Qualified Etiquette: Strong understanding of corporate etiquette and the ability to confidently converse with high-profile medical professionals and doctors.

· Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office (Excel, Word), and handling outbound calling systems.

· Active Listening: Ability to pick up subtle cues and accurately record doctor opinions without bias.

· Resilience & Patience: Capability to navigate gatekeepers (receptionists/secretaries) to reach the doctors and handle busy schedules patiently.

· Attention to Detail: Precision in capturing qualitative feedback that can influence future marketing strategies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
