Describe the position:

An Office Head is responsible primarily for driving business from different verticals in a location / region

Scope of work:

- Achieve monthly topline targets
- Ensure diversification of portfolio into motor, non-motor, health products for the location they are managing
- Achieving business goals and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with team/VHs to ensure month on month completion of the targets set
- Monitoring daily reports, MIS & other operational work pertaining to the branch
- Monitoring daily receipts, payment and other bank transactions
- Processing onboarding requests
- Responsible for achieving overall GWP (Gross Written Premium)
- Responsible for sustainable profitability
- Responsible to maintain COR at budgeted levels
- Combined Ratio- Minimizing Loss & Cost of Acquisition
- Ensuring IRDAI compliance regarding licensing
- Handling a team of relationships managers.
- Ensure training team on products, process and USPs of Company




- Resolve the discrepancies raised by the Underwriter and issue policies at branch level.
- Identify the area of improvement & enhancing business chance
- Responsible for explorations & identification of new business avenues by way of business leads & networking.

Professional Experience: 7 years; GI experience in agency/retail broking/dealership

Technology known: Excel
