About the role: INTEGRIFIT is seeking a qualified, customer-focused and commercially aware professional to integrate personalised nutrition guidance, lifestyle coaching, Nourish Bar operations and safe facilitation of approved beginner and intermediate strength sessions.

The role contributes directly to customer outcomes, retention, Nourish lounge revenue and the reputation of the studio. The successful candidate must work within their professional qualifications, follow INTEGRIFIT's approved operating procedures and maintain strict confidentiality regarding the company's recipes, methods, customer information and commercial arrangements.

Responsibilities

- Conduct structured nutrition and lifestyle consultations within the employee’s professional qualifications and approved scope.
- Review customers’ eating patterns, wellness goals, allergies, food sensitivities, medications and relevant lifestyle considerations.
- Prepare practical nutrition plans and conduct scheduled progress reviews and customer follow-ups.
- Refer customers to an appropriate medical or clinical professional when concerns fall outside the employee’s professional scope.
- Prepare approved shakes, teas and beverages for in-studio customers according to standard recipes, portions and presentation requirements.
- Receive, prepare, package and complete takeaway, pre-order and external sales orders placed through authorised channels.
- Confirm allergies, dietary restrictions, order details and permitted customisations before preparing or serving products.
- Maintain strict food-safety, hygiene, cleaning, cross-contamination and allergen-control standards.
- Maintain accurate stock records, monitor ingredient and packaging levels, conduct stock counts and request replenishment on time.
- Apply appropriate stock rotation and monitor expiry dates, spoilage, wastage, consumption and stock variance.
- Facilitate approved beginner wellness and strength sessions using prescribed programmes after completing INTEGRIFIT’s training and practical competency assessment.




- Demonstrate approved exercises, conduct warm-ups and cool-downs, supervise basic technique and provide permitted exercise regressions.
- Refer customers with pain, injury or complex movement concerns to the Lead Fitness Coach or another appropriately qualified professional.
- Explain approved nutrition, Nourish lounge and integrated wellness programmes accurately and support customer conversion, renewals and retention without aggressive selling.
- Maintain accurate same-day records for consultations, customer consent, orders, stock movements, wastage, cleaning and incidents.
- Protect customer information, company recipes, preparation methods, supplier arrangements, pricing, commercial information and other intellectual property.
- Avoid independently advertising, promoting or endorsing third-party brands while representing INTEGRIFIT.
- Maintain the skilled reputation of INTEGRIFIT through high standards of customer care, communication, appearance, punctuality, cleanliness and confidentiality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge in Dietetics and Nutrition, with the ability to apply evidence-based principles to diverse client needs.
- Candidates should possess skills in Nutritional Counseling and Nutrition Education, including the capacity to communicate complex concepts in clear, practical terms.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Weight Management, including designing structured programs and monitoring progress for sustainable outcomes.
- Candidates should possess relevant academic qualifications, such as a degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related health sciences field, and applicable certifications in nutrition or wellness coaching.
- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and build trust with clients.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in maintaining accurate client records, using digital tools for tracking progress, and adhering to ethical and regulatory standards in health and wellness practice.
