FUSELEC is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Manager – Current Business Development to lead new customer acquisition, market development and business growth across India and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new customers, markets and business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with utilities, OEMs, EPCs, panel builders, distributors and channel partners
- Manage the complete opportunity cycle from initial enquiry to quotation, negotiation and order conversion
- Develop new export markets and strategic channel partnerships
- Coordinate with engineering, quality and manufacturing teams to address customer requirements
- Represent FUSELEC at customer meetings, business visits, industry forums, exhibitions and international events
- Present the company’s products,



capabilities and value proposition professionally to customers and business partners

Candidate Profile

- Relevant experience in Business Development, Industrial Sales, Export Sales or Key Account Management
- Experience in electrical, switchgear, power distribution or related industrial products preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and commercial skills
- Confident and professional in representing the company with customers and industry stakeholders
- Engineering and/or Business Management qualification preferred
- Willingness to travel extensively across India and internationally
