Fullstack Specialist Software Engineer Experience: 10+ Years Role Type: Full-time Level: Senior / Specialist Technology Focus: .NET | Angular | React | Microservices | SQL Server | CICD | AI-Assisted Engineering About the Role We are looking for a Strong Fullstack Specialist Software Engineer with 10+ years of experience to join our engineering team and contribute to the design, development, modernization, and support of highly scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical specialist with strong expertise in .NET/C#, ASP.NET Core, Angular and/or React, along with proven experience building microservices, REST APIs, event-driven systems, and high-performance database solutions. This requires someone who can work across the full technology stack, understand complex business requirements, make sound technical decisions, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to engineering standards and architecture.

The candidate should also be comfortable leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity, code quality, testing, documentation, and software delivery. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Fullstack Software Development

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using C#, .NET / ASP.NET Core.
- Develop modern, responsive frontend applications using Angular and/or React.
- Build reusable, maintainable, and testable components across the frontend and backend.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs where appropriate.
- Implement secure, high-performance, and backward-compatible APIs.
- Participate in technical design, code reviews, refactoring, and engineering improvements. Microservices &
- Distributed Systems
- Design and develop microservice-based applications aligned with business capabilities and bounded contexts.
- Apply Clean Architecture, SOLID, Dependency Injection, and other modern software engineering principles.
- Design service-to-service communication using REST, gRPC, and asynchronous messaging where appropriate.
- Work with RabbitMQ or similar messaging platforms to implement event-driven architectures.
- Implement patterns such as: o Idempotency o Outbox Pattern o Saga / distributed transaction patterns o Retry and exponential backoff o Dead Letter Queues o Circuit breakers and resilience patterns
- Design systems for scalability, availability, fault tolerance, and graceful degradation. Database &
- Data Access
- Design and optimize SQL Server databases, queries, stored procedures, and indexes.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of: o Clustered and non-clustered indexes o Query execution plans o Parameter sniffing o Pagination strategies o Query optimization o Transactions and locking o Database performance troubleshooting
- Work with Entity Framework Core and/or Dapper.




- Design efficient data-access strategies based on application requirements and performance characteristics.

Frontend

Engineering

- Build scalable frontend applications using Angular and/or React.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture, state management, routing, forms, API integration, and frontend security.
- For Angular, experience with modern capabilities such as: o Standalone components o Signals o Lazy loading o Modern control flow o Change detection optimization o SSR/hydration concepts
- For React, experience with: o Hooks o Component architecture o State management o Performance optimization o Lazy loading o Modern rendering patterns
- Ensure applications are performant, accessible, maintainable, and responsive. API Design &

- Integration
- Design APIs with clear contracts, appropriate versioning, authentication, authorization, validation, error handling, and logging.
- Ensure backward compatibility and minimize breaking changes.
- Implement API contract testing and automated compatibility checks where appropriate.
- Understand API lifecycle management, deprecation, documentation, and consumer impact.

Performance, Scalability &

- Reliability
- Design applications capable of handling high transaction volumes and increasing workloads.
- Apply: o Distributed caching using Redis o Asynchronous programming o Connection pooling o Pagination o Database optimization o Horizontal scaling o Queue-based processing o Resilience patterns
- Understand .NET ThreadPool behavior and thread starvation.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across application, database, network, and external dependencies. Observability &
- Production Engineering
- Implement modern observability using logs, metrics, and distributed traces.
- Experience with OpenTelemetry and one or more APM/observability platforms such as: o Dynatrace o Application Insights o Datadog o New Relic o Prometheus/Grafana
- Implement correlation and trace IDs across distributed services.
- Contribute to production stability, monitoring, incident resolution, and preventive actions. DevOps &
- Continuous Delivery
- Work closely with DevOps teams to implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Integrate automated: o Unit tests o Integration tests o Code quality checks o Security scanning o API contract validation o Deployment verification
- Support modern deployment strategies such as rolling, blue-green, feature flags, and automated rollback.




- Understand engineering metrics such as DORA metrics and use them to improve delivery effectiveness.

AI-Assisted Software Engineering

- Actively leverage AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and other enterprise-approved AI assistants throughout the SDLC.
- Use AI for: o Code generation and refactoring o Unit and test-case generation o Code review o Requirements analysis o Documentation o Troubleshooting and RCA o API development o Technical design exploration
- Develop and use project-specific AI instructions/context to improve the quality and consistency of AI-generated output.
- Validate AI-generated code for correctness, security, performance, maintainability, and business rules.

- 10+ years of software development experience
