- Meta Ads strategy, launch & scaling
- Creative testing & optimization
- AI-generated image/video/UGC creatives
- CPL, CTR, CPC, CVR & ROAS analysis
- Lead quality & CRM performance
- Funnels, landing pages & conversion tracking
- Campaign reporting & optimization

? WE'RE LOOKING FOR: ✔️ 2+ years of Meta Ads experience

✔️ Proven lead-generation results

✔️ Strong creative testing mindset

✔️ Data-driven decision-making

✔️ GoHighLevel / HubSpot or similar CRM experience

✔️ AI creative tool experience is a solid plus
