Overview We are looking for a Medical Record Retrieval professional with a strong medical/healthcare background and hands-on experience in retrieving patient medical records from hospitals, clinics, physicians, and other healthcare facilities.

The role focuses specifically on medical record retrieval and collection. Candidates with experience in Medical Record Release alone will not be considered, as the requirement is primarily for retrieval.

Responsibilities

1. Retrieve and collect patient medical records from hospitals, clinics, physicians, and other healthcare facilities.
2. Coordinate with healthcare providers and medical facilities to obtain the required records.
3. Conduct regular follow-ups and track the status of medical record retrieval requests.
4. Review and maintain accurate documentation related to record retrieval activities.
5. Understand medical terminology and different types of healthcare documentation.
6. Maintain retrieval status and ensure requests are followed up within the required timelines.

Requirements

1. Medical/healthcare background is mandatory.
2. Prior experience in Medical Record Retrieval is mandatory.
3. Hands-on experience contacting hospitals, clinics, physicians, or medical facilities to obtain medical records.
4. Good understanding of medical terminology and healthcare documentation.
5.



Experience in record retrieval follow-ups, tracking, and documentation.
6. Candidates should be comfortable working in a night shift from Noida.
7. Medical Record Release experience alone will not be considered; the requirement is specifically for retrieval/collection experience.
