Role Description The Marketing Executive role at Olymp Sporting is a full-time, on-site position based in Recent Delhi.

The Marketing

Executive will plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote sports tournaments and related services, coordinate with schools, colleges, and corporate clients, and support event promotion and branding activities. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, assisting in campaign strategy, managing promotional content across channels, and collaborating with the sales and operations teams to drive participation and sponsorships.



The role also involves tracking campaign performance, maintaining relationships with partners, and representing the organization at events and meetings.

Qualifications

- Ability to develop and implement Market Planning and Marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Strong Market Research skills to analyze target segments, competition, and trends in the sports and events sector.
- Effective Communication skills to engage with institutional partners, sponsors, internal teams, and participants.
- Sales and Marketing capabilities to support lead generation, sponsorship acquisition, and event participation growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sports Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in marketing, events, or sports management is preferred.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic analytics.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work on-site in a fast-paced event environment.
