We are hiring an experienced Manufacturing & Engineering Recruiter with hands-on US staffing agency experience, particularly recruiting for US manufacturing and engineering clients.

What You'll Do

- Manage recruiting from sourcing through placement.
- Recruit for manufacturing, engineering, industrial, skilled trades, and technical positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, Boolean searches, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Build pipelines for difficult-to-fill technical and manufacturing positions.
- Screen and interview candidates and assess their fit for open positions.
- Make outbound calls and engage passive candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with US candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate activity and recruiting notes in the ATS.
- Manage multiple open positions and stay focused on submissions, interviews, and placements.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruiting process.

Required Qualifications




- Minimum 3 years of agency/staffing recruitment experience.
- Direct experience recruiting for US manufacturing clients is required.
- Experience recruiting manufacturing, engineering, industrial, skilled trades, or technical professionals.
- Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience using Indeed and an ATS.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with US candidates.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple open positions.
- Active LinkedIn profile is required.
- Must be able to work onsite from our Haridwar office during US business hours.

Candidates whose experience is primarily limited to IT recruiting, implementation partners, vendor-supplied candidates, bench sales, or non-sourcing recruitment will not be considered.

Working Hours

This is a US-market recruiting position, so availability during US business hours is required.

- Exact working hours will be discussed during the interview based on the US time zone coverage required.

Compensation
- ₹50,000–₹1,00,000 per month, based purely on relevant experience.
- The salary will not exceed ₹1,00,000 per month.
- For the right candidate, compensation can be up to a 40% increase over current salary, subject to the ₹1,00,000 maximum.
- Commission is paid on every successful placement, in addition to the monthly salary.
- No additional benefits are included in the salary package at this time.
