Role Overview

We are looking for a Manager – Operations & Recruitment to manage the day-to-day operations of Ode Spa outlets along with end-to-end manpower planning and recruitment. The role will ensure smooth outlet functioning, adequate staffing, and timely closure of recruitment requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations across Ode Spa outlets.
- Ensure outlets are adequately staffed as per business requirements.
- Handle recruitment for Spa Therapists, Front Office, Supervisors, Outlet Staff, and other operational positions.
- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through the joining process.
- Build a solid pipeline of therapists and frontline service professionals.
- Coordinate manpower deployment across outlets.
- Monitor attendance, attrition, employee productivity, and staffing gaps.
- Work closely with Outlet Managers to resolve operational and manpower issues.
- Conduct regular outlet visits and monitor adherence to SOPs and service standards.
- Support manpower planning for new outlet openings.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction,



and basic training requirements.
- Maintain recruitment and manpower trackers and provide regular updates to management.
- Support employee retention and reduce manpower-related operational gaps.

Candidate Profile

- 4–8 years of relevant experience in operations and recruitment.
- Experience in Spa / Salon / Wellness / Beauty / Hospitality / Retail preferred.
- Strong experience in frontline and therapist hiring will be an advantage.
- Experience managing multiple outlets or locations preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and people-management skills.
- Comfortable with outlet visits and operational travel within Hyderabad.
