About the Role

We are looking for a Manager – Dispatch Operations & Fulfilment to own and streamline our end-to-end dispatch operations.

The role will be responsible for ensuring that every dispatch is processed on time, tracked accurately, supported by verifiable proof of dispatch/delivery, and properly reconciled and reported.

The person will build robust processes, manage external vendors, establish accountability mechanisms and ensure strict adherence to defined operational SLAs.

This is a process-intensive, high-volume operations role requiring strong execution discipline and excellent MIS and vendor-management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end dispatch operations for legal notices and case-related documents.
- Plan, coordinate and monitor high-volume, time-sensitive dispatches across multiple locations.
- Establish and enforce SOPs, SLAs, checklists and quality controls for dispatch operations.
- Manage and monitor courier and dispatch vendors and ensure adherence to agreed timelines.
- Ensure 100% capture and reconciliation of dispatch and delivery evidence, including tracking IDs, delivery reports, acknowledgements and other available proof of delivery.




- Ensure vendors provide timely and accurate dispatch and delivery reports.
- Track every dispatch from initiation through delivery/return and identify exceptions proactively.
- Establish systems to prevent false, delayed or incomplete dispatch reporting by vendors.
- Build dashboards and MIS for daily/weekly monitoring of dispatch status, pending items, exceptions and vendor performance.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and continuously improve turnaround time, accuracy and process compliance.
- Coordinate closely with Case Management, Operations, Technology and external vendors.
- Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and drive corrective actions.
- Build a scalable dispatch operation capable of handling significant growth in volumes without compromising accuracy or timelines.

What We Are Looking For

- Graduate with 5–8 years of experience in dispatch, fulfilment, logistics or high-volume operations.
- Experience in e-commerce, BFSI, logistics, courier, document processing or similar high-volume environments preferred.
- Experience managing multiple vendors and large-scale, time-sensitive dispatch operations.
- Strong understanding of tracking, reconciliation, proof of delivery and exception management.
- Strong process-orientation with the ability to build SOPs and operational controls from the ground up.
- Excellent MIS, Excel/data management and reporting skills.
- Strong vendor-management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify gaps, enforce accountability and ensure process adherence.
- Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced, deadline-driven environment.
