- Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day retail store operations.
- Learn and manage sales, customer service, billing, and inventory processes.
- Monitor stock levels, product availability, and replenishment.
- Assist in achieving store sales and operational targets.
- Ensure proper product display, pricing, and store merchandising.
- Handle customer queries and support in resolving complaints.
- Coordinate with purchase, warehouse, and other departments as required.
- Monitor cash handling and ensure proper billing procedures.
- Support staff scheduling, attendance, and daily task allocation.
- Maintain store cleanliness, discipline, and company standards.
- Assist with stock audits, inventory verification, and loss/shrinkage control.
- Prepare basic operational reports and share updates with the Store Manager.
- Take responsibility for assigned tasks and gradually develop leadership skills.
Eligibility
- Qualification: Diploma / Degree in any relevant discipline.
- Experience: Freshers can apply; prior retail experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
- Willingness to work in a retail environment and learn store management.
