About the Role

At Mad Men Productions, we’re rewriting how brands and creators tell stories. And for that, we’re hiring a Mad Filmer — someone who doesn’t just “shoot videos”, but creates moments that feel cinematic, social-first, trend-driven and unforgettable. If you can frame a story in one take, if you think like a creator, if your mind works in transitions, hooks, POVs and b-rolls…you’re already halfway into the Madverse.

You will craft high-impact content for brands, influencers, creators, campaigns, events, product films and reels — every day, with full creative freedom.

Responsibilities

Shoot Mad-Quality Content

- Capture brand reels, creator collabs, lifestyle content, short-form films, product stories, UGC-style clips, brand BTS
- Create high-energy, high-aesthetic content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and social ads
- Shoot creators, influencers & talent with confidence and direction

Think Like a Creator

- Understand reels culture: hooks, pacing, transitions, trending sounds, edits
- Suggest creative shot ideas, transitions, POV sequences, aesthetic storylines
- Be part of ideation for Mad Men Marketing + Madly Talented campaigns

Deliver Platform-First Visuals

- Shoot vertical-first (9:16), cinematic product shots, lifestyle b-roll, candid moments
- Balance between aesthetic & performance-driven content

Work Closely With the Creative Superteam

- Collaborate with creative directors, editors, social teams, talent managers and producers




- Guide creators/talent on posing, framing, direction, flow

Maximise Production Output

- Manage shoot gear, lighting setups, stabilizers, gimbals, accessories
- Ensure every shoot is tight, clean, and executed with speed + quality

Qualifications

- 1–5 years of experience creating short-form video content
- Solid hands-on experience shooting reels, creator content, brand videos, aesthetic product films
- Understanding of lighting, composition, framing, storytelling
- Comfortable shooting influencers, models & brand talent
- Obsessed with trends, visual language, camera work, creator culture
- Bonus: You know your way around Sony/Canon mirrorless setups, gimbals, and basic sound lighting
