Role Description The Manager–Academics is a full-time, on-site role based in Rohtak, responsible for overseeing academic planning, implementation, and quality across partnered schools. This role involves coordinating curriculum delivery, monitoring classroom practices, and supporting educators in effectively using Next Education’s products and platforms. The manager collaborates with school leadership to align academic objectives, reviews student performance data,



and recommends interventions to improve learning outcomes.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting academic audits, organizing teacher training and workshops, providing instructional guidance, and ensuring adherence to board-specific guidelines and institutional standards. The role also includes regular reporting on academic performance, maintaining robust stakeholder relationships, and contributing feedback to internal teams for continuous product and content improvement.

Qualifications

- Educational Management and Education skills to oversee school academic operations and support institutional goals.
- Curriculum Development skills to plan, adapt, and implement K–12 curricula aligned with CBSE, ICSE, and state boards.
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with school leaders, teachers, and internal teams.
- Analytical Skills to interpret academic data, evaluate classroom practices, and drive evidence-based improvements.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Experience in school administration, academic coordination, or instructional leadership in the K–12 sector.
- Familiarity with edtech platforms, digital content, and technology-enabled teaching and learning.
- Ability to conduct training programs, mentor educators, and manage multiple schools or projects simultaneously.
