Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Logistics Executive to manage day-to-day logistics operations, transportation, dispatches, deliveries, documentation, and coordination with vendors, transporters, warehouse, purchase, sales, and accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments as per business requirements.

Coordinate with transporters, logistics partners, suppliers, and customers for timely movement and delivery of goods.

Prepare and maintain dispatch, delivery, transportation, and logistics documents.

Generate and verify e-way bills, invoices, delivery challans, LR/GR and other required documents.

Track shipments and provide regular updates regarding delivery status.

Coordinate with the warehouse team for loading, unloading, stock movement, and dispatch planning.

Ensure timely delivery of materials to customers, dealers, and other locations.

Maintain proper records of transporter details, freight costs, PODs, and delivery status.

Verify transporter bills and freight charges before submitting them for payment.

Resolve transportation-related issues such as delays, shortages, damages, and delivery discrepancies.

Coordinate with Accounts for freight bills, payments,



and reconciliation.

Monitor logistics expenses and identify opportunities for cost reduction.

Maintain daily/weekly/monthly logistics reports and MIS.

Ensure compliance with company logistics procedures and applicable statutory requirements.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely movement of materials.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of logistics, transportation, dispatch, and warehouse operations.

Working knowledge of GST, e-way bills, invoices, LR/GR and POD documentation.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and preferably ERP/SAP.

Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously.

Solid attention to detail and documentation skills.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.

Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

2–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, electronics, FMCG, or similar industries.

Experience handling transporters, dispatches, warehouse coordination, and freight documentation will be preferred.
