What makes the role meaty?

- Own end-to-end contract management across customer, vendor, marketing, advertising, technology, SaaS, procurement, supply chain, logistics, HR and other commercial agreements.
- Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial contracts while balancing legal risk with business objectives.
- Partner closely with teams across Marketing, Procurement, HR, Finance, Technology and Operations, acting as their go-to legal advisor.
- Lead negotiations with customers, vendors, agencies, partners and other external stakeholders.
- Provide practical, commercially viable legal advice and help business teams move quickly while managing risk.
- Build and improve contract templates, playbooks, negotiation guidelines and legal processes.
- Support legal risk management, compliance initiatives, data privacy, technology transactions, IP and other business-critical legal matters.




- Work with external counsel when required and independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Have a direct prospect to shape how Legal partners with the business and enable growth at scale.

We hope that you are...

- An LL.B. graduate with 7–10 years of post-qualification experience in legal roles.
- Strong in commercial contracts, with hands-on experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements end-to-end.
- Someone who can independently own negotiations and confidently work with senior business stakeholders.
- Commercially minded — you understand that the role of Legal is not just to identify risks, but to find practical ways to enable the business.
- A strong negotiator and communicator with excellent legal drafting and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working across multiple functions and managing competing priorities with tight timelines.
- Experienced in-house, preferably within e-commerce, retail, FMCG, food-tech, technology, SaaS or consumer businesses.
- Exposure to marketing/advertising, data privacy, IP or technology transactions will be an added advantage.
- Someone who takes ownership, pays attention to detail and enjoys solving complex business problems rather than simply saying “No.”
