Role Description This is a full-time, remote Laravel Developer role focused on building and maintaining backend services that power the ONCOassist® platform. The developer will design, implement, and optimise Laravel-based APIs, database schemas, and business logic to support mobile and web applications. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean, testable code, integrating third-party services, troubleshooting production issues, and improving application performance and security.

The role also involves collaborating with front-end developers, product managers, and clinical content specialists to deliver new features, refine existing functionality, and support continuous deployment workflows. Participation in code reviews, documentation,



and adherence to best practices in software development and data protection is expected.

Requirements

- 2–8 years of front-end experience, with at least 2 years in React.js
- Strong JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML and CSS
- Experience with Redux or Redux Toolkit
- Build and maintain features using React.js and TypeScript
- Integrate the front end with REST APIs
- Experience with Git and Agile/Jira

Good to have

- Experience with Nx monorepos, AWS (Cognito, S3) or Firebase
- Exposure to Laravel or PHP

- Primary focus on server-side logic and full-stack feature development
- Definition and maintenance of the central database
- Building and maintaining REST APIs consumed by web and mobile clients
- Integrating front-end elements into the application
- Ensuring high performance and responsiveness across the stack
- Taking end-to-end technical ownership from inception through delivery
- Creating and maintaining high-quality technical design and sprint documentation
- Proactively keeping on top of technology trends with company support
