Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Laboratory Technician role based in New Delhi.

The Laboratory

Technician will perform routine and specialized laboratory tests, handle and maintain laboratory equipment, and ensure accurate sample processing and documentation. Daily tasks include preparing reagents and samples, operating diagnostic instruments, recording and analyzing test results, and following strict quality control and safety procedures. The role also involves collaborating with medical and scientific staff, maintaining clean and organized workspaces, and complying with institutional and regulatory standards.

Qualifications





- Ability to work confidently with laboratory equipment and maintain instruments in good working condition.
- Strong laboratory skills, including sample preparation, testing procedures, and adherence to standard operating protocols.
- Experience with quality control processes to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance in test results.
- Well-developed analytical skills to interpret data, identify discrepancies, and report findings clearly.
- Previous experience as a laboratory technician or in a similar diagnostic or biotechnology laboratory environment.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field.
- Knowledge of laboratory safety practices, infection control, and proper handling of biological specimens.
- Attention to detail, organized work habits, and ability to follow instructions and regulations accurately.
- Basic computer skills for data entry, laboratory information systems, and report generation.
- Willingness to work in a clinical hospital setting and collaborate with diverse healthcare professionals.
