Role Description This is a full-time, Junior Interior Designer role based in Mumbai.

The Junior Interior

Designer will support senior designers in developing interior concepts, preparing design presentations, and assisting with material and FF&E; selections. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, creating and revising construction drawings, coordinating with vendors and consultants, and ensuring design intent is maintained through execution.



The role also involves site visits, documentation of project progress, and collaboration with the broader architecture and design team to deliver cohesive, well-detailed interiors.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Interior Design and Architecture, with the ability to translate design concepts into practical solutions.
- Skills in Space Planning and FF&E; (fixtures, furnishings, and equipment) selection and documentation.
- Proficiency in preparing and reading Construction Drawings and related technical documentation.
- Working knowledge of design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic presentation tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under guidance.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, consultants, and on-site teams.
- Interest in adaptive, context-sensitive design and willingness to learn in a fast-paced studio environment.
