About the Role

Auric AI Labs is developing the world's most advanced AI-powered vision intelligence platform for defense applications. Our system processes satellite (EO, IR, SAR, hyperspectral) and drone imagery to detect, classify, and track high-value enemy assets like tanks, radars, missile launchers, aircraft, and warships.

If you’re an exceptional early-career AI/Computer Vision Researcher who thrives on solving hard problems with first-principles thinking, we want you on our team. Recent graduates with solid hands-on computer vision work are particularly encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do

Computer Vision Model Development

- Design, train, and deploy advanced computer vision models to detect and classify a wide range of military assets.
- Optimize models for high accuracy and efficiency to ensure reliable real-time performance in mission-critical operations.

Data Processing & Pipeline Development

- Build scalable data pipelines to process large volumes of imagery from satellite, drone, and ground-based sources.
- Handle preprocessing tasks such as data cleaning, annotation, and augmentation to prepare datasets for model training.
- Develop systems for integrating and managing multi-modal imagery, including optical, thermal,



and radar data, to strengthen model robustness.

Geospatial Analysis & Targeting

- Implement intelligent target prioritization workflows that adapt dynamically to operator inputs.
- Develop advanced localization techniques to determine and visualize the position of identified targets accurately.

What We're Looking For

- Demonstrated excellence through research, internships, academic work, or personal projects in computer vision.
- Recent graduates with robust hands-on computer vision experience are preferred.
- Solid foundation in first-principles problem solving and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
- Proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and OpenCV.
- Strong understanding of image processing, deep learning, object detection, segmentation, and classification.
- Ability to learn quickly, experiment rigorously, and work independently on challenging research and engineering problems.
