About the Role:

We're looking for someone who wants to become an exceptional filmmaker not just an editor. This role combines shooting and editing across YouTube films, documentaries, and cinematic brand content where storytelling, composition, and taste matter more than trends.

What You'll Do:

Shooting

- Operate mirrorless cinema cameras during shoots.
- Set up clean, intentional lighting for interviews and cinematic scenes.
- Frame thoughtful compositions and capture strong B-roll.
- Handle basic audio recording with microphones and recorders.
- Prepare and maintain production equipment.

Editing

- Edit long-form YouTube videos and short-form content.
- Improve pacing, storytelling, and emotional flow.
- Color correct and perform basic color grading.
- Clean up audio and organize project files.
- Implement feedback quickly and thoughtfully.

Production





- Assist with shoot planning and shot lists.
- Organize footage and maintain project archives.
- Help improve production workflows and standards.

We are looking for someone who:

- 0–2 years of experience in filmmaking, editing, or content production.
- Strong fundamentals in composition, lighting, and camera operation.
- Working knowledge of Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
- Basic understanding of color grading and audio cleanup.
- Good communication and professionalism.
- A genuine interest in films, documentaries, and visual storytelling.
- Experience with Sony cameras, lighting interviews are added advantage.
- Motion graphics and photography skills are added advantage.
