Our team works directly with founders, managers and employees to diagnose operational problems, design practical systems and support implementation.

Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid Junior Business Analyst position based in the Greater Chennai Area. Work is primarily remote, with client visits and in-person meetings when required.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Coordinate with clients, managers and employees.
- Support business audits and employee interviews.
- Collect and organise client and operational information.
- Document roles, workflows, handovers and business requirements.
- Prepare meeting notes, process documents, SOP drafts and reports.
- Update client records, meetings, milestones, pending actions and deliverables in the company’s internal software.
- Follow up with clients for missing information and confirmations.




- Translate approved business requirements into explicit inputs for the development team.
- Employee training and client implementation.
- Maintain organised and confidential client documentation.

Qualifications

- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Good analytical, documentation and organisational skills.
- Ability to understand business processes and identify operational problems.
- Working knowledge of spreadsheets, presentation and documentation tools.
- Comfortable learning and regularly using internal business software.
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients and employees.
- Attention to detail and responsible handling of confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and provide regular updates.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, management, IT, engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
- Fresh graduates and candidates may apply.
- Availability for client visits .
