About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, energetic and motivated Junior Architect who wants to be actively involved in shaping projects, developing design ideas and taking responsibility for delivering high-quality work.

The role offers hands-on exposure to education-led architecture, interior, fit-out and construction projects, with involvement across design development, technical documentation, coordination and project delivery.

We are looking for someone who takes initiative, thinks critically, solves problems and takes ownership of their work, with a genuine ambition to grow as an architect.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and contribute to architectural and interior design concepts from initial ideas through design development.
- Prepare and develop plans, elevations, sections, details, presentations and technical documentation.
- Translate design concepts into practical and buildable solutions.
- Coordinate architectural design with interior, structural, MEP, FF&E;, landscape and specialist consultants.
- Work closely with senior architects, designers, technical teams, consultants and contractors.
- Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings, client discussions and site visits.
- Identify design and technical issues and proactively work towards practical solutions.
- Assist with material selections, specifications, BOQs, schedules and construction documentation.




- Review drawings and information to ensure accuracy, coordination and design intent are maintained.
- Support projects through construction and develop an understanding of how design decisions translate into the built environment.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables, ensuring they are completed to a high standard and within agreed timelines.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2 years of professional experience in architecture, interior design, fit-out or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- Strong interest and understanding of architectural design and design development.
- Ability to develop ideas and contribute meaningfully to the design process.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings, detailing, materials, construction principles and buildability.
- Ability to translate design concepts and ideas into transparent and coordinated project information.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to design quality.
- Good communication, coordination, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities and work with an appropriate level of independence.
- Ability to manage priorities and deliver high-quality work within agreed programmes.
- Positive attitude,



strong work ethic and genuine willingness to learn and develop.

Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience in education, hospitality, retail or premium commercial fit-out projects.
- Exposure to multidisciplinary design coordination.
- Experience with BIM-based workflows and model coordination.
- Exposure to construction documentation, site coordination or project delivery.
- Experience working with international design consultants, clients or project teams.
- Interest in developing a long-term career within a design-led, multi-geography organisation.

- Assigned design responsibilities are owned and progressed proactively with minimal follow-up required.
- The architect actively contributes ideas and solutions rather than simply responding to instructions.
- Design work is thoughtful, well resolved and aligned with the project brief and overall design intent.
- Accurate, coordinated and well-presented drawings and project information are delivered within programme.
- Design and technical issues are identified early, communicated clearly and followed through towards resolution.
- The architect demonstrates increasing confidence and independence in developing and presenting design solutions.
- Technical, design, software and project delivery knowledge continue to develop through each project.
- Feedback is actively sought, understood and applied to improve future work.
- The candidate demonstrates a growing understanding of materials, detailing, construction and buildability.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
