Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled IT Executive and Cyber Security Analyst to manage day-to-day IT operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure the smooth functioning of our company’s IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware/software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, network devices, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot internet, Wi-Fi, LAN, email, and system-related issues.
- Manage user accounts, system access, and basic IT security.
- Maintain IT assets, software licenses, and related records.
- Monitor and maintain network and system performance.
- Assist with data backup and security procedures.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors/service providers when required.
- Ensure proper functioning of office IT infrastructure.




- Provide timely support for IT-related requirements across company locations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support/system administration preferred.
- Positive knowledge of Windows, networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and printers.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple IT issues efficiently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
