About the Role
We are looking for high-performing IT Recruiters who can independently manage end-to-end IT recruitment and consistently deliver quality candidates and closures.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT/Technical recruitment from sourcing to joining.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
- Handle technical screening and assess candidates against job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-ups.
- Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations and joining formalities.
- Work on multiple IT requirements simultaneously and meet closure timelines.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Eligibility ✅ 3–5 years of IT/Technical Recruitment experience
✅ Strong hands-on experience with Naukri & LinkedIn
✅ Proven track record of IT hiring and closures
✅ Solid candidate screening and coordination skills
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple requirements independently
✅ Immediate joiners / candidates who can join by Monday
