We are seeking an experienced IRM Architect with strong expertise in ServiceNow GRC/IRM Architecture to lead the design, implementation, and transformation of Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting scalable and enterprise-grade Risk, Compliance, Audit, Policy, and Third-Party Risk Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end architecture and implementation of ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions.
- Design enterprise-wide risk and compliance frameworks using ServiceNow IRM modules.
- Architect and implement Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Regulatory Change Management, and Business Continuity Management solutions.
- Define solution architecture, data models, workflows, integrations, governance models, and reporting frameworks.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide architectural guidance and best practices across ServiceNow implementations and platform capabilities.
- Design integrations with external systems using REST APIs,



Integration Hub, MID Server, and other ServiceNow integration mechanisms.
- Drive solution design workshops, architecture reviews, technical governance, and deployment planning.
- Mentor development and implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support estimations, solutioning, RFP responses, and presales initiatives.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in ServiceNow GRC / IRM Architecture.
- Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow IRM implementations.
- Deep knowledge of:
- Risk Management
- Policy & Compliance Management
- Audit Management
- Vendor / Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
- Regulatory Change Management
- Business Continuity Management
- Experience in enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Solid understanding of Risk, Compliance, Governance, and Control frameworks.
- Experience designing integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications.
- Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills.

Certifications (Preferred)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk & Compliance (CIS-RC)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Third-Party Risk Management (CIS-TPRM)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
