Job OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and articulate professional with 2+ years of experience in international non-voice operations. In this role, you will manage written communications, resolve customer queries, and handle data transactions for our global clients. You will ensure high-quality service delivery while meeting strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Key Responsibilities

- Customer Support: Resolve international customer queries, complaints, and requests via email, chat, or ticketing systems accurately and efficiently.
- Data Management: Process back-office transactions, maintain accurate records, and update client databases according to standard operating procedures.
- Quality & Compliance: Maintain high quality scores (CSAT/QA) and strictly adhere to data security and compliance guidelines.
- Problem Solving: Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams while maintaining ownership of the customer's issue until resolved.
- Workflow Optimization: Meet daily productivity targets, turnaround times (TAT), and accuracy benchmarks.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education:



Graduation is mandatory (Any stream / Bachelor's degree completed).
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in an international chat, email, or back-office non-voice process.
- Communication: Excellent written English skills, including flawless grammar, professional vocabulary, and correct sentence structure.
- Technical Skills: Strong typing speed (minimum 35-40 WPM with 95% accuracy) and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools.
- Shifts: Flexibility to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment, including night shifts and weekends.
